Pretoria - MidCity Property Group and Feenstra Group are proud to announce the commencement of construction of their new 367 bed student high-rise development in Festival Street, Hatfield. Festivals Edge will form part of The Edge Student Living and will be the 3rd building to operate under this brand; with Reitz Edge Completed in 2011 and Campus Edge in 2014. Dawie de Villiers, Chairman of MidCity Property Group added, “The Edge Student Living was developed by MidCity with the intention of setting a new standard in design and operational management of student developments.
