MIDCITY TEE'S OFF AGAIN FOR CHARITY AT THEIR ANNUAL GOLF DAY

Pretoria – The MidCity Property Group is hard at work organising another successful golf day in the aid of the Flower Foundation – Homes for the Aged. It will take place on 4 September 2012 at the Waterkloof Golf Club. Last year MidCity hosted its very first charity golf day to raise much needed funds for our aged in need, which turned out to be a huge success.

The Flower Foundation was established in 1946, and ever since has provided homes for self-supporting elderly citizens at the lowest possible rental fees. The Flower Foundation has grown rapidly with the help from its generous supporters and has housing schemes in Church and Pretorius Streets, Arcadia, Groenkloof and Danville.

“MidCity is proud to announce that, due to last year’s success, we will be hosting yet another golf day in aid of the Flower Foundation.” said Dawie De Villiers, Executive Chairman of the MidCity Property Group.

David Hewer, Managing Director, added “This year’s charity golf day will hold a lot of excitement for all and we anticipate exceeding the staggering R60 000 we raised last year.”

The charity golf day will benefit the Flower Foundation to help our elderly in need with housing and more so, to preserve their dignity. All proceeds made will be handed over to the Flower Foundation by way of donations and sponsorships.

Should you already be interested in participating by means of a 4-ball, hole sponsorship or prize sponsorship you can contact Monika van Heerden @ +27 (12) 426 3400 or email her @ monika.vanheerden@midcity.co.za
